We understand that appointments may require additional time, communication, flexibility and consideration. Our goal is to meet clients where they are rather than expect every client to fit into a traditional salon experience.
Safety and Suitability Come First
Services for individuals with significant health needs are provided within applicable professional licensing, safety, sanitation, facility and scope-of-practice requirements. We do not replace medical care, nursing care or other licensed healthcare services.
When a client’s health condition requires medical attention or a requested service is not appropriate, the client’s safety comes first. When appropriate, we value communication with a client’s designated caregiver, family member, facility or healthcare team so the experience can be coordinated responsibly.
Supporting Families and Caregivers
Caring for a loved one can involve countless responsibilities, and personal grooming may sometimes fall lower on the priority list. When our services are suitable, Serenity can help make appropriate personal care part of the client’s self-care routine while giving families and caregivers one less detail to coordinate.
Appointments may require additional screening, accommodations, caregiver coordination, facility approval or other considerations before a service can be confirmed.
